The Company provides whistleblowing and grievance channels that allow stakeholders to submit written reports. The identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report are kept strictly confidential and protected. Designated responsible units are assigned to handle and follow up on reported cases.

Caliway reviews corporate social responsibility requirements under high standards and follows the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
The Company is committed to respecting human rights, including non-infringement of human rights, freedom of association, elimination of forced labor, abolition of child labor, and elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation. Caliway strives to promote a friendly and respectful workplace and prevent bullying and harassment.
Communication and grievance channels are available on the Company’s official website. Employees may also raise proposals and engage in discussions through formal labor-management meetings held on a quarterly basis.

Caliway strictly complies with the Labor Standards Act and relevant regulations to protect employees’ right to work.
Recruitment is conducted through open and transparent processes. Candidates are assessed through evaluations and interviews prior to employment. Compensation for new hires is determined based on education, experience, and approved professional seniority, without discrimination based on gender, race, political affiliation, or other personal attributes.
Employee remuneration includes allowances, performance bonuses, employee profit-sharing, employee stock options, restricted stock awards, and annual salary adjustments based on individual performance. Supervisors assess performance and development potential to motivate employees and support long-term retention.
